110% Price Match on carpet covers carpet with installation. Carpet must be from the same manufacturer with same style and color numbers. No price match available on used carpet. Stellar Flooring Company offers lifetime installation warranty on all 26 oz FHA approved carpet installed over 8lb pad. Carpet must be purchased from Stellar Flooring Company. 110% price match for ceramic and porcelain floor tile must include installation. Lifetime installation warranty for ceramic and porcelain floor tile does not cover damage caused by shifting foundaion. Lifetime installation warranty for wood and laminate floors does not cover damage caused by moving foundation. Lifetime installation warranty for carpet and sheet vinyl floors covers shifting foundation up to a quarter of an inch. Carpet damage due to stains or wear is claimed under the manufacturer's warranty but Stellar Flooring Company will make the warranty claim on the carpet for you. However, if the manufacturer denies the carpet warranty claim Stellar Flooring Company will not pay any claim on the carpet. Warranty claims for physical damage or defect on ceramic and porcelain foor and wall tile, wood and laminate flooring, and vinyl floors will be handled the same as carpet. The installation of carpet, laminate floors, wood floors, ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tile, and vinyl floor covering is time consuming and Stellar Flooring Company is not responsible for any lost wages if you choose to be at home while we install your carpet or floor. While we stock some carpet in Orlando, some carpet may have to be special ordered. If we have to order your carpet, wood, laminate, porcelain or ceramic floor or wall tile, or vinyl floor from out of state, Stellar Flooring Company is not responsible for any financial loss associated with storing furniture. Carpet must be inspected prior to installation to verify correct style and color. Carpet that does not match the order placed will be exchanged for the correct carpet. Carpet orders that are cancelled after the carpet is cut will result in a 35% restocking fee. Orders for wood and laminate floors, ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tile, and vinyl floors are subject to a %25 restocking fee if cancelled. If the carpet or floor purchased is no longer available there is no charge to cancel the order. All carpet will be power stretched during installation to insure the best installation for your carpet. Carpet colors may vary from the sample to the actual carpet due to the dye-lot of the carpet. If the color of the carpet you recieve is different from the carpet sample (mild shade variation only) than Stellar Flooring Company is not responsible but will negotiate an exchange with the carpet manufacturer as a courtesy. Carpet texture may vary slightly because the carpet is shipped in a roll which can flatten the carpet. Ceramic and porcelain tile flooring may have some broken tiles included in shipment. Ceramic and porcelain floor tile will be exchanged if more is needed to finish installation. Cash and carry ceramic and porcelain floor tile (purchased without installation) will not be exchanged unless damage is noted on delivery. The same applies to wood and laminate flooring. Ceramic and porcelain may scratch, this is not covered by warranty. Wood and laminate may scratch or become damaged by water. Scratches will not be covered by warranty and moisture damage is only covered if proper installtion methods are used. We will install carpet over cushion under 8lbs if requested. Carpet installed over 6lb cushion has a two year installation warranty. Carpet installed over 4lb pad has a 6 month installtion warranty. Carpet cushion will make a large difference on the way your carpet wears. Carpet installed over heavier cushion is stretched less when walked on improving the integrity of the carpet installation and the overall comfort and performance of the carpet. Ceramic and porcelain floor tile may be manufactured in another country other than the one stamped on the back of the ceramic or porcelain floor tile. Ceramic and porcelain tile are also suitable for installation on walls and countertops. Ceramic and porcelain tile made for walls are not rated for floors because they are softer than the ceramic or porcelain floor tile. All ceramic and porcelain floor tiles are suitable for residential installation, but only porcelain and specially made ceramic tile are suitable for commercial installation. Porcelain and ceramic tile installation over walls may result in the necessity of hiring an electrician. Stellar Flooring Company is not responsible for cost of electrical work due to the installation requirement of the ceramic and porcelain tile.
